His earlier roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at Sobeys and SVP, Group Markets at Liberty Mutual Insurance.
He has chaired the board of the Human Resources Professionals Association and served on the board of Russell Investments. He holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from Tufts’ Fletcher School, a Rotman MBA, and the ICD.D designation.
