Yes, in the event you choose not to proceed with Stem Health, we will refund your deposit in full.

Annual Health Assessment and Membership – We will offer the Health Assessment either as a stand-alone service or bundled with a Membership.  If you choose to combine the two, discounted pricing will apply.  In addition, we will apply a 20% discount to your overall purchase.

The Health Assessment is a comprehensive annual evaluation, typically lasting 4 to 5 hours, with a focus on early detection, prevention and health optimization.   The Membership provides you with an ongoing relationship with Stem Health as your family physician.  This includes care for chronic, acute, and general health needs. We also coordinate your access to the healthcare system when required, serving as your partner in care coordination, system navigation, and advocacy.

Stem Health acts as an add‑on to your corporate benefits, reducing absenteeism and claims costs. We coordinate with your insurer so employees keep their regular coverage.

It’s your essential health-care information in one place—and you’re always in charge. With your explicit consent, we securely import only the lab results, prescriptions, clinical notes, and public-system records you choose to share, then visualize them in your private Stem dashboard. You can update or withdraw that permission at any time. Because every datapoint lives in a single, structured record, our clinicians can spot subtle trends early and deliver truly proactive, predictive care instead of waiting for symptoms to appear.  

Absolutely. Pre-registration for a Team plan secures priority access and preferred rates. Each member can add à-la-carte services such as Annual Health Assessments, Genetic Testing, or other health services, whenever they need at member-only prices.

Pre-registering secures your place in our founding cohort and locks in a 20% early-member discount. Your deposit is credited toward the first-year fee, so you only pay the balance when we’re operational. For example, a health assessment is estimated to cost $3,500 (subject to change). With a $750 deposit and a 20% discount, you will need to pay the remaining $2,050 to complete the purchase.
